(red)Velvet...

Today, I decided that I was going to make sketti. That way when Jabari came home from football practice, he could have some warm dinner. While at the store, I figured..."why not top it off with red velvet cupcakes?" So that's exactly what I did. I must admit, I've never made cupcakes before. Oh what an experience! The cupcake pan thingee was a mess. Is there a correct way to get the batter into the cups without making a gigantor mess? I used the "big spoon" method. Hence, the big mess! I will be taking advice, less a comment. I did taste one, can you tell where it was? LMAO. Yum-o!
