i've been following apartment leads and searching for a new pad for a few months now. i think my search may be over. i found a place on craigslist. cool lil spot and they will take otis. check it out...

i went and looked at it today. the complex is cool; very clean and well kept, manager was a cool, older gay dude. thusfar, everything about it seems great. the only thing im worried about is the credit check. thanks to jabari my shit is fubar and will be for a minute. hopefully they give this white gurl a chance. we need a new resting place, not to mention heat and a kitchen! im keeping my fingers crossed. i turn in all the information and applications tomorrow. maybe my luck o' the irish will pay off!
