Fun Friday?

What a day!!

The whole week was TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK! The festivities were a bit sedated this year..I'll blame it on the economy. The parents did show appreciation though! One parent got me a $25 gift card to GODIVA!! woo hoo! I hear the chocolate strawberries calling my name!

Typically, my Friday entails; Spelling Test, Coloring Contest, Math, correct and record Spelling Test, continue filing all the kids' work, putting all work in Friday Folders, lunch, rest time, composing lesson plans and spelling words for the following week and then PLAAAAAAAAY TIME. From 1:30 until 6:00 p.m., we are outside. Playing with share toys, dance party, snack time, bike and scooter time...we do it UP! All sounds fun, but is very tiring keep track of upwards of 40 kids and making sure they are safe!

I can't complain that my Friday, isn't "fun"!!
