big boy otis is winkin' atcha! he thinks he so smart because he finally raises his leg to pee! that's big boy stuff. i was quite worried for awhile. he is 17 monthes and he has finally mastered it. he doesn't ALWAYS do it, but i'm glad he is doing it most of the time! i love that lil' perrito!
