beautification in the LBC..

A street that I pass almost daily, in the heart of the LBC. The 14th Street "park", which is really just a median that over the years had been a gathering place for the homeless, is getting a make over. The median is a nice, grassy area. It just happens to be in a more rough part of the LBC. Finally, the powers that be take the time and turn their attention to it. All kids need an outlet to help stay OUT OF trouble. Sometimes it still finds them...but they have a better chance if they keep busy. I hope the 14th St. Park beautification works itself out...
